Ben Baldwin, a presenter mate of mine asked me to film some interviews for the Young Chef, Young Waiter Awards 2007 that he was presenting. We went to the French Champagne region and shot the interviews for all the 16 finalists in a hotel room, strange choice maybe given our location, but all that we could manage in between their busy schedule.

I shot it on my Sony HDV Z1 camera, then cut it on my PowerMac G5 Final Cut Pro system before authoring the various DVD’s needed for the playback
